Featuring premium super-sharp hooks and 30lb line, this rig can stand up to the biggest bottom dwellers. The octopus hook is adjustable and slides, so you can match the rig size to the size bait you are trolling. At the bottom of the 3-Way Swivel there is a leader with a snap tied to it so you can easily attach and detach your weights, depending on the depth and current you are fishing. This rig is a must-have in anyone's boat and when targetting Halibut and Striped Bass, as this rig is about as productive as they come. All Pitbull Tackle Rigs use premium super-sharp hooks, and the line size is carefully selected to be the strongest possible without compromising the functionality of the rig.

    I don’t know of any other pre made halibut rigs that use quality hooks like PitBull tackle. The others use cheap hooks. Stick with PB rigs for the SF Bay Halibut!

    Perfect rig to have in the boat strong quality hooks and a quick switch out when the fish go nuts and tangle up in the net. I’m able to get back on fishing fast.

    Treble stinger worked great with tray bait , but the single hooked killed gem with live bait

    April 23rd 2023 Went fishing at candlestick 1st time this year. 1st 30 seconds with that rig With herring, 32" And it was thick as a pack of cigarettes have picture if want to see I caught my limit that day... I say it's excellent
